סוגי האימונים:
אנו מציעים אימוני MMA, אגרוף תאילנדי, ג'וג'יטסו ברזילאי, קרב מגע, אגרוף קלאסי, אמון כושר ספציפי לספורט זירה ויוגה.

מיקום:
מרבית האימונים מתקיימים במועדון הלחימה בכיכר אתרים (הירקון 167) עם נוף לחוף גורדון המועדון נמצא בקומת בריכת מלון הרודס, קומה אחת מעל הים מימין לגרם המדרגות

בנוסף לאימוני טוטאל פיט בגורדון אימוני טוטאל פיט מתקיימים גם במועדון בכיכר דיזנגוף

Our commitment is to provide a place where people are given the ability to discover their true power potential through martial arts. This pursuit is supported through the highest level of quality coaching, pride, passion and sense of community.

CLASSES: We currently offer classes in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Muay Thai (Thai Kickboxing) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Krav Maga, Classic Boxing, Yoga and Strength & Conditioning that is specific for fighters! You can read more about our classes here: http://fighttlv.com/classes

LOCATION: We hold all classes at Crossfit Tel Aviv, which is in Kikar Atarim (167 Hayarkon) at the intersection of Sderot Ben Gurion and Hayarkon Street. It is very near to Gordon Beach. We are on the first level, next to the stairs and looking out to Gordon Beach and the Herod's Hotel pool. If you are coming from the beach, walk up one flight of stairs to the Kikar and we will be on the right hand side across from the entrance to Herod's Hotel pool. If you are coming from the top of the Kikar where Ben Gurion ends, walk to the far left corner (near the Panorama restaurant), go down 2 flights of stairs toward Gordon Beach and we will be on the left.

MEMBERSHIPS/PRICES:
We have a lot of membership options, all of which include the freedom to access to all of the martial arts classes that we offer as well as a FREE yoga class and Strength & Conditioning class each week. The price is based on how often you want to train per week - one, two, or three times per week - or you can choose and "unlimited" membership option.
