تأسس مطعم زعرور عام 1986في رام الله التحتا , كانت بدايته كهواية حيث كان يقدم وجبات الدجاج على الفحم والسلطات المميزة , وخلال فترة من الزمن تطور أداء المطعم ليقدم وجبات جديدة ومتنوعة كالمشاوي المشكلة ,ستيك ,المأكولات البحرية ,بالإضافة إلى بعض الأطباق الايطالية ولم يقتصر أداء المطعم على الأيام العادية فقط بل ويقدم بوفيه مفتوح على مدار شهر رمضان كل عام.
ويتميز المطعم باتساعه حيث يتسع ل200 شخص بالإضافة إلى بستانه الخارجي الذي يتسع ل 120 شخص . كما ويوجد في المطعم قاعة لورشات العمل والمناسبات تتسع ل 150 –180 شخص مجهزة بجميع مستلزماتها.

Zarour restaurant was establish in 1986 in down town Ramallah , it began as a personal hobby serving chicken meals on coal with special salads, during a period of time the restaurant was able to improve its performance and service by serving new and various types of food such as Grills, steaks, sea food in addition to some Italian food. Its improvement didn’t involve regular days only but also it serves an open buffet in Ramadan every year.
One of the most important advantages in our restaurant is the flexibility in fitting large number of people, not only it can fit 200 people but also the restaurants garden fits 120 people. In addition to the available hall for workshops, events and occasions parties that fits from 150-180 people which is equipped with the entire requirement needed.
